Introducing the Celestial Collection, a transcendent experience crafted for those who seek the extraordinary. Each candle is adorned with carefully selected well-known constellations, destined to unfold in radiant splendor as the candle gracefully burns. Picture the ethereal glow of the flame flickering through the stars, casting a celestial glow that transforms any room into a cosmic sanctuary.
These non-zodiac constellations possess their own enchantment. While all the scents are celestial themed, they are not exclusive to any particular constellation, allowing you to curate the combination of fragrance and constellation perfect for you!
This jar holds 8oz of coconut soy wax by weight and boasts a 55 - 75 hour burn time. These use a round wooden wick which crackles lightly as it burns for an added ambiance. Please make your scent selection from the drop-down menu.
Cassiopeia, the queen of Aethiopia, was known for her exceptional beauty and arrogance. In her vanity, Cassiopeia claimed that she and her daughter Andromeda were more beautiful than the sea nymphs, the Nereids, which angered the sea god, Poseidon.
In retaliation for Cassiopeia's hubris, Poseidon sent a sea monster, Cetus, to terrorize the shores of Aethiopia. To appease the wrath of the gods and save her kingdom from destruction, Cassiopeia and her husband, King Cepheus, were forced to sacrifice their daughter Andromeda to the beast.
Perseus happened upon Andromeda chained to a rock as an offering to Cetus, and struck by her beauty, Perseus vowed to rescue her. Armed with the winged sandals of Hermes, the shield of Athena, and the severed head of Medusa, Perseus confronted the sea monster and turned it to stone with Medusa's petrifying gaze.
After slaying the monster and rescuing Andromeda, Perseus married her and returned with her to his homeland. As punishment for her arrogance, Cassiopeia was immortalized in the night sky, condemned to circle the celestial pole upside down in her throne, forever hanging in shame.
